In the usual arrangement an agency handles the properties it works with, and the seller or developer may pay its fee. With MD Private Buyer you separately instruct us to represent you as the buyer: we select and compare options, including offers from other agencies, owners and developers, analyse them, arrange checks and negotiate. It is a separate service with a separate agreement.
Yes. Send a link or describe the property and we will review the offer and tell you what is worth finding out before you buy.
It depends on the property and your questions: it may cover the price, the documents or the seller’s terms. After your request we propose what it covers, the timing and the cost (from €100), and we start only once you agree.
Selecting and comparing options, analysing offers, arranging checks by specialists, negotiating with the seller and coordinating the purchase until handover. A lawyer carries out the legal check and a qualified specialist the technical one; we coordinate their work. What is included in the price and what is paid separately is set out in writing before work begins.
If we receive a fee from the seller, a developer or another intermediary on your transaction, we tell you. How it is reflected in what you pay is stated in the written terms before work begins.
The payment schedule and the terms if the purchase does not go ahead are agreed in writing before work begins. A property review you have paid for is credited against the fee for full support.
Yes, many clients buy from abroad. Which steps can be done remotely depends on the property and the transaction; signing at the notary is done in person or by power of attorney, as you agree with your own lawyer.
